The first visit

Every dog is temperament-evaluated. No exceptions.

On day one of your free week, our team runs a scheduled evaluation — about an hour of supervised interaction with our staff and dogs of different temperaments, sizes, and sexes. It's how we keep a 35-dog building safe, and it's included free. Dogs who show aggression toward people or dogs can't join group play — that's a promise to every other dog parent in the building, including you.

Before you come

Requirements, plain and simple.

• ✔ Required vaccines, verified before day one: Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP). We strongly encourage Canine Influenza and Leptospirosis too.
• ✔ Upload records when you book through our Gingr portal or email them to ruffinit2025@gmail.com.
• ✔ Every dog completes the temperament evaluation — scheduled, about an hour, included in your free week.
• ✔ Dogs must be in general good health and on flea prevention.
• ✔ If your pet becomes sick or injured, we contact you or your emergency contact immediately — and in an emergency, we seek veterinary care first.
• ✔ Aggressive dogs can't be accepted — it's a liability to every guest and staff member.
